Waitlist Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AERON Vision uses information submitted through its launch waitlist.

What we collect

We collect your email address, the collection associated with the signup page, your email-update consent and the time and wording version of your signup. Earlier signups may also include an optional first name and separately selected marketing preference.

How we use it

By selecting JOIN AERON, you request launch and product updates, including new releases, limited drops and early access, by email. You can withdraw this consent at any time. Earlier launch-only signups remain launch-only unless you separately update your preference with us.

Storage and service providers

Signups are stored in our website’s server database, hosted using Cloudflare through Sites. They are not stored only in your browser or made publicly accessible. Hosting providers process information to operate the website and may process it outside your country. We do not sell waitlist information.

Security and spam prevention

The form uses encrypted connections and server-side validation. To limit automated submissions, the server uses a temporary hashed identifier derived from your network address. Expired rate-limit records are removed as the form receives requests. Hosting providers may also process technical request information to operate and protect the service.

Cookies and tracking

We do not currently use non-essential analytics or advertising trackers in the website. There are no optional tracking preferences to manage. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide appropriate choices.

Your choices

You can request access, a correction, removal from the waitlist or withdrawal of marketing consent by emailing aeronvisionae@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. We may ask for information needed to verify your request. Future marketing emails will include a way to unsubscribe.

How long we keep it

We retain waitlist information while it is needed to manage the launch and your requested updates. You can request deletion at any time. If you opt into ongoing marketing, we retain the information needed for that purpose until you withdraw consent or it is no longer needed.
